We do not belong to any insurance company direct repair
program (DRP). We feel very strongly that each individual has the
right to choose their car repairing facility. Body Shop's that do have DRP's
can't possibly give the best service to all their customers. By
definition, a DRP gives preferential treatment to a particular insurance
provider.
